It has been approximately six weeks since we launched our new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), during which time we have received great feedback from our clients regarding report presentation and our ability to leverage the new electronic "tools" from the LIMS to get critical information in real time.
 
Over the next few weeks, we are launching some exciting new Client Service initiatives to provide you with more tools to access your data:
 
  1. PAPERLESS REPORTING - Begins April 1, 2010
     
    Starting April 1, 2010, York Analytical Laboratories, Inc. will implement a completely paperless reporting system.  All reports will be sent to you by e-mail in .pdf format.  If you have requested EDDs (Electronic Data Deliverables), these will be sent with your report as well.
     
    If you require hard copy reports, please contact Laurie Rogers (lrogers@yorklab.com) and we will make arrangements to get you what you need.

  2. WEB ACCESS TO YOUR FINAL REPORTS - Available immediately
     
    Coupled with the Paperless Reporting, York now offers Client Access through a link on our web site (www.yorklab.com - "Client Access" link) whereby you can access your final reports at any time.  If you would like this service please contact us (clientservices@yorklab.com) to set you up with a user name and password.  Reports are uploaded to your web link on a daily basis and are stored for 5 years for your access 24/7.  If you misplace an e-mailed or hard copy report you can access this link to get what you need any time.

  3. YORK CLIENTCONNECT- Available this spring
     
    This spring our clients will have the ability to have LIVE real-time CONNECTION to our LIMS database via York ClientConnect to review the status of work in process, completed data and historical data.
     
    If you would like this ability, please contact us and we will set up your access to the system when it is fully operational.

  4. STREAMLINED EMAIL COMMUNICATION - Available immediately
     
    In an effort to be immediately responsive to your needs by e-mail, all e-mail correspondence should be directed to clientservices@yorklab.com.  This will assure you that your e-mail is being reviewed timely by our client services team and responded to as soon as possible.  We encourage you to use this e-mail address effective immediately.
