GO InterNational is proud to announce a new partnership with YUGO Ministries in Ensenada, Mexico.
Yugo is a spanish word for "yoked."
YUGO strives to be yoked with Mexican pastors and to support them as they serve the poor and lost in their communities.
Since 1964, YUGO has acted on the belief that people in Mexico and around the world can be radically changed by Jesus Christ. Their hope is that through strategic partnerships, YUGO will be able to promote opportunities to proclaim the Gospel.
Nathan Alpert and Scott Wester, co-CEOs of YUGO, have worked hard over the last year to ensure that their mission and vision stays current, relevant and Holy Spirit inspired.
One way they are doing this is by partnering with GO InterNational.
Nathan and Scott believe that through the strategic partnership with GO they can increase the number of believers who will answer God's call to obey the great commission.
YUGO works with many local Mexican pastors who mak them aware of the needs in the community; they respond by building homes, providing basics and sharing the Gospel. The partnership with GO will help expand their impact.
YUGO's network of ministries in Mexico will help GO offer a safe and meaningful missions experience at a reasonable cost.
Nathan says "Our prayer is that through our strategic partnership, we will be able to fulfill the call of the Lord to minister to the physical needs of the poor, and the spiritual needs of the lost and hopeless. In the process of doing this, we pray that many believers are challenged to obey God with their lives and begin to live a mission lifestyle."
