Greetings!

Let me share a quick story of one of the exciting ministries of GO InterNational.

Four years ago Dr. Ron Kotesky approached Bert Jones with a question. Ron was wondering if GO InterNational might be interested in working with the ministry he and his wife, Bonnie, started a few years prior called Missionary Care. Ron and Bonnie develop and write books and resources on missions and mental health. The materials are completely web-based and free of charge. They can be found at www.missionarycare.com.

Ron and Bonnie provide a listening ear as well as care and encouragement to missionaries around the world, primarily through talking with them personally. It didn't take long for Bert to realize that this was an incredible ministry opportunity for GO InterNational.

The website offers 90 different brochures on a variety of topics related to the challenges of life on the mission field. There are fourteen e-books, including ones for married couples, singles, and missionaries trying to re-adapt to the culture in which they lived prior to serving. Over the last four years, the website has seen incredible growth. In October 2012 alone, there were 8,165 unique visitors from 159 countries who viewed or downloaded one of the many resources Missionary Care has to offer.

One country that has benefited from the website is Korea. This led Rev. Hunn Choi to ask if the materials could be translated into Korean. Of course, the Koteskeys were thrilled. Hunn and his wife, Dr. Meesaeng Choi, a professor at Asbury Seminary, have translated 52 of the 90 brochures on the website into Korean. Those translations are available at www.anmcusa.org. Korea is the second largest Christian missionary sending country in the world so it is no suprise many brochures were downloaded, but without any publicity whatsoever the Korean brochures have already been downloaded over 26,000 times.

Fifteen years ago, Ron never dreamed that his desire to encourage missionaries and further the kingdom would reach this far. "I am so very pleased! The response is beyond anything I ever imagined!!" Ron said.

Testimonials from missionaries show real appreciation. One user said, "I want to thank you both so much for your ministry and the website. It has been an incredible blessing to me. I served in West Africa for nearly a year and had to come back due to health issues. Your website is very much a continued encouragement to me-- it's a great comfort knowing there are others who understand and who have been though similar situations. As I read through each article, so much of what is written resonates deeply with me. Thank you again for your ministry- it truly is the best missionary care resource I have seen and has blessed me very much!"

So what is your passion? What is your dream? Do you hear God calling you to something bigger than yourself? If your answer is yes, pray about going with GO InterNational on a mission adventure. A trip with GO prompted Ron and Bonnie to begin their journey toward starting their missionary care ministry. Please be praying for Missionary Care as they continue to touch lives through their ministry.

God Bless,
