Anti-Inflammatory Cooking Class
Have you met Erin Dudley? Erin is a Registered Dietitian and currently offers Nutrition Counseling at Fern Life Center. She is a genius with food and we are very excited to announce she is offering her first cooking class! Here's what she has to say:
"A little snippet about me; I grew up in a house where the dinner table was always filled with friends and family. My passion for food eventually led to a passion for nutrition, and today I help everyday people cultivate a balanced and mindful relationship with food and their health. While I love working with individuals, I think it's about time that I demonstrate just how easy and fun healthy food can be. I will be hosting cooking classes once a month at Fern Life Center, so stay tuned for more details."
Please join me for my first cooking class with Fern Life Center!
