Please donate to the Dr. Barry Groves Scholarship

"I cannot image a better retirement gift than helping more district students realize their college dreams."
- Barry Groves

MVLA Scholars is creating a renewable, multi-year college scholarship for local youth to honor Dr. Groves, retiring Superintendent of the MVLA High School District, for his tireless enthusiasm in building an award-winning school district.
The Barry Groves Scholarship will be awarded to local seniors accepted into the MVLA Scholars program who have made outstanding contributions to their school and/or community.
Barry is a long-time supporter of MVLA Scholars, a group that has raised funds and managed multi-year college scholarships for over 250 local high-achieving, low-income students.
