EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S LETTER
A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone that participated in Amador's Got Talent and our Color Madness 5K Fun Run. With the help of our great sponsors and all of the event participants, attendees, volunteers, and community members, we raised over $10,000 to help provide services to those most vulnerable in Amador County.
In the past six months, we have sheltered 23 women, men and children at our safe house or other safe shelter. We handled 93 crisis calls, we helped 66 new adult victims with 195 one-to-one peer counseling sessions and 11 child victims with 61 one-to-one peer counseling sessions, and we responded to 5 law enforcement calls to assist victims. Without your help and support, we would not have been able to do this.
Thank you again for your heartfelt contributions.

A warm welcome to Colleen O'Dell as our new Prevention & Outreach Specialist. For the past decade, Colleen has been a Certified Nurse Assistant and is currently a student at Sacramento State in the Audiology and Speech Pathology program.
"When the opportunity arose to become an employee for Operation Care I jumped at the possibility," said Colleen. "In the past three months of employment I have a new found knowledge and ambition to provide Prevention and Outreach", Colleen said.
