Now that your cookies have arrived, or are arriving shortly, you'll want to know how you credit the girls in your troop for the packages they sell after the initial order. Girls can continue to sell cookies throughout the Cookie Program which doesn't end until March 15. We'll have plenty of cookies so keep goaling! Whether it's the crossbody bag and Goal Getter patch, the Royals game or all the Cookie Dough you can earn you still have plenty of time!

 When troops receive extra cookies from their initial order, or if they pick up additional cookies from the cupboard, the troop will complete transfers to give each girl the credit she is due for her sales.

 In your Troop Cookie Manager (TCM) Handbook, we list the step-by-step instructions on how you can transfer cookies between troops and girls. These instructions also apply when moving cookies from troop to girl as well. You can find the instructions on page 15 of your TCM Handbook or see the electronic copy now.

You'll also want to credit your girls when they participate in a booth sale. To learn how to do this, and to see how to do all transfers, please watch this short video.

 Finally, your girls can continue to support Cookie Share and Operation Sweet Treat. Remember, in order for girls to earn a patch for Cookie Share they must be selling cookies for our virtual program that benefits the USO and those sales must be tracked in SNAP. Watch this short video for how to track these orders.

Girls who have sold packages of cookies through COCOdirect will get credit for the orders. We are continuing to ensure our baker, ABC, has all of the glitches repaired before this upload occurs. We appreciate your patience!

If your troop needs to order more cookies, great! We will have cookies for you throughout the entire Cookie Program.
 

Every troop is assigned to a cupboard. That cupboard is where you'll pick up additional cookies. To place an order, simply follow the step by step instructions on page 15 of your TCM Handbook. ALL CUPBOARDS ORDERS ARE IN CASES; DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER PLEASE! 1 case = 12 packages.

 Please remember that cookies have to be ordered by 11:59 PM on the Sunday prior to pick up week. For example, if you want to pick up cookies next week (week of February 16) you have to enter a PLANNED order by 11:59 PM this Sunday, February 15. Cupboard days and hours vary; if you are not sure of your cupboard hours please reach out to your SU PSM
