Dear Troop Leaders & Cookie Managers,

We know you're anxiously awaiting girl recognitions and we hoped that they'd already be on their way to our Service Unit Product Sales Managers (SU PSMs) this week. Due to volume increases the fulfillment of our order has been delayed with an estimated ship of mid to late May to your SU PSMs.

Once received the SU PSMs will sort and let you know when you can pick up.

May we suggest that you let your parents know that this delay has occurred and that you'll reach out to them when they are ready? While we realize many troops don't meet over the summer this might be a way to have a fun get together or simply say hi as you ask parents to stop by your home or a coffee shop!

For girls who earned the Zoo Membership, their certificates say they have until June 1 to let us know what zoo. We will email all who received and let them know they have until July 1 to give us a zoo choice.

We're just as disappointed as you are about the delay and will consider this as we determine our dates for Cookies 2015.
