Dear Troop Leaders & Cookie Managers,

 

We have become aware of a technical issue with SNAP that is affecting some users when trying to save cookie orders. ABC Bakers worked most of the day on this issue, and it appears to be resolved.

 

If you tried to save your cookie order and were unable to, please give it another try. As a reminder, troops have until 11:59 pm on January 31 to submit cookie orders. Directions to enter orders in SNAP can be found in the Cookiegram sent on January 25.
