Hello

I Hope you were able to let the community know how awesome you are at our Shameless Self Promo event on Wednesday. We have a Fremont Chamber Board meeting Wednesday May 25th at our office (309 N 36th St), so feel free to come share your input on upcoming events or ideas you have for the Chamber.

Summer is approaching fast, and that means the Fremont Solstice Parade and Fair are right around the corner. The Fremont Arts Council is the local non-profit here in Fremont that puts on the Fremont Solstice Parade. They will be holding workshops in preparation for the parade May 21-June 17. Workshops will be healed Monday-Friday from 3-10 pm and Saturday-Sunday 12-10 pm. These will be located at the Fremont Power House (3940 Fremont Ave N), the home of the Arts Council. Come help with art projects and other tasks. And don't forget to donate the the Fremont Arts Council to keep the parade going strong! Check the weekly calendar for workshops and more events happening this weekend at the Power House.

Purna Wellness is also celebrating the Summer Solstice with some discounts! During the month of June restorative exercises are 20% off and packages are 10% off. Shannon Rude will get you aligned and feeling your absolute best. If you've been feeling out of wack this is the perfect opportunity for you to take your health and well being into your own hands. Sing up today!

I will be out of town midweek next week, so be sure to share any information you want in the blast by mid-day Tuesday.

Have a great weekend!
