       Think back to remember if you had insects such as aphids, scale, mites, tent caterpillars, and others on your trees and shrubs last summer. If you did, a dormant spray would give you a jump on control of the expanding numbers of these insects. This is a great treatment for evergreens, roses, ornamentals and fruit trees. If you do this treatment in winter or early spring, you can avoid burning leaves as the weather warms up. There are several types of dormant oil spray available in our garden center.
