I am loving this cool weather. As you are reading this, I am in Nashville attending a trade show and buying for the 2015 season. My staff have really stepped up this late summer and have turned our store, greenhouse and sales yard into beautiful spaces!! Wine Making Class, California Merlot

       This is the first of a multi-class series on steps in wine making. You can attend as many as you like. Introductions, supplies and procedures will be covered. A demonstration of starting the Primary and Malolactic Fermentation processes will be included. A handout outlining each step in the process will be available.

Concrete Leaf Birdbath Make-N-Take

Saturday, September 20 at 2:00 pm 

       JoAnne will lead this workshop in making two creative Concrete Leaf Birdbaths that will make awesome accents in your flowerbeds. The forms will stay here to cure, and you can pick them up once the are set well. $25.00 supply fee. Please call 636-239-6729 to sign up.

       It's harvest time in on the Wine Strasse - Enjoy some food with your wine. Join Leigh Sweet with Tasteful Affair Catering as she demonstrates making 'Drunken chickee', KC strip steaks with red-wine butter, grilled water melon & tomato salad w/feta. Pottery Classes

       Would you like to learn how to throw pottery on the wheel? Try taking a private or semi-private classes are available at the pot shop! We will work with you for classes to fit into your schedule. Classes consist of 6 classes that run 2 hours each. All materials (clay, glaze, tools, use of wheels, etc.) are included in the course fee. Most students complete at least 10 finished projects and are welcome to come in and practice anytime during Hillermann's business hours. Cost for the 6-class course is $225.00. If two or more sign up to take classes together, each will get a $25.00 discount!

Pot Parties

       Want to try something fun for a birthday party, home school activity, scout group or other group? Have a Pot Party at the Pot Shop! Pot Parties are just $25.00 per person and can host 3 - 12 people.
