May 2014

Welcome to Your Monthly Newsletter

full of fun filled activities from

Hillermann Nursery & Florist!

The Month of May celebrates

Memorial Day as well as the

Spanish holiday "Cinco De Mayo,"

which means the fifth of May.

Here's a Mexican Sombrero

to color and share!

(On May 5 of every year, Mexicans in Mexico and the United States celebrate a day of national pride. Cinco de Mayo commemorates a moment in history when Mexico defeated the invading French army, then the strongest army in the world. Contribute to this celebration of Mexican culture and pride with resources for your multicultural curriculum.)
