It's Your Money, Why Not Keep More Of It? 

Individuals or families with a combined gross income of $62,000 or less qualify to use MyFreeTaxes.org to file their own state and federal taxes free of charge. It's easy to use, safe, and 100% free for those who qualify. 

Tax Coaching Available

If you do not have access to a computer or internet, or would like guidance with filing your taxes, we will have certified tax volunteers available on Saturdays, January 30 - March 12, 2016 from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. No appointments necessary. Get location details on our website.

Tax Volunteers Needed

Volunteer tax preparers assist users with this free software to prepare basic tax returns. Volunteers sign up to help during on Saturdays through March 12, in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo or Arroyo Grande. Some training is required. Get additional details at VolunteerSLO.org. 
Youth Grants Available 

Each year, the United Way Youth Board accepts applications for $1,000 grant awards to local groups that have created projects having a positive impact on youth (up to age 19). All applications are peer reviewed by members of the Youth Board. Applications are due February 11, 2016. Read the guidelines to see which projects may qualify and apply today.

Mark your calendar! Flavor of SLO is back on April 30, 2016. Along with our partner, Rotaract SLO, business sponsorships are invaluable to Flavor of SLO's success, and make a it possible for proceeds from the event to support programs that benefit the community. Would your business like to sponsor the event?
