It is aimed specifically at mechanchim, mkarvim and rabbonim and contains fifty shiur outlines and source materials for preparing shiurim; mp3 recordings of more than 40 shiurim; chapters on public speaking, kiruv, counseling, and building a Torah society; as well as a wealth of contemporary insights and thoughts through the Jewish year; and Rav Weinbach's recommended reading on the Parsha.
