LancasterLancaster Yeshiva Expands Torah & Trade Program

In addition to its already unique program of Yeshiva Studies and Vocational Training in carpentry and other fields directly related to Residential Construction, LYC will now offer an overview and hands on experience in the five fundamentals of the welding trade: Electric Arc Welding, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Oxygen/Acetylene Burning and Blueprint Reading for Welding.

Upon completion of our welding training bochurim will have a secondary skill to bring to their career in the contracting/construction field and/or will be able to move on to more in depth welding training.

The Lancaster Yeshiva Center's program was established 12 years ago to provide post high school age boys, who were not seeking full time Yeshiva Studies, the opportunity to remain within a Yeshiva atmosphere, learn Torah on a daily basis and to train in a very hands on way for  marketable skill in the construction/contracting field.  Graduates of the Lancaster Yeshiva Center have gone on to be Torah True productive members of various Jewish communities.

If you are a boy or if you know of a boy that fits the description above, call the Lancaster YeshivaCenter at 717-940-4028 to start your Torah and Trade training.
