Green Chalice Survey
September 2016
Climate Survey Background

Green Chalice became a founding partner of Blessed Tomorrow in January 2015. Blessed Tomorrow (blessedtomorrow.org) is a coalition of diverse religious partners united under a call to serve as faithful stewards of creation. Participants become part of a circle of leaders committed to walking more gently on the earth and inspiring others to lead on climate solutions in their congregations, communities, and beyond.

Through our partnership, Green Chalice has received support in many forms for its work.

One of our partnership goals for 2016 is to better understand awareness, attitudes, and behaviors on climate and sustainability amongst all Disciples. To that end a survey has been created that will be disseminated for 10 days, from September 6th - 16th.

We invite you and all Disciples in your circles to take our survey. Take the Survey Now.
Green Chalice Survey

To better understand awareness, attitudes, and behaviors on climate and sustainability amongst all Disciples, Green Chalice (greenchalice.org) and Blessed Tomorrow (blessedtomorrow.org) are conducting a survey.

We want to make sure that your perspective is included in the results of this Common Metrics Survey. It will only take 15 minutes of your time. Since there is no way to save your answers, the survey must be completed in one sitting.

Your individual answers are completely confidential. The collected answers of all participants will be analyzed by Lake Research Partners. The survey window will be open for only 10 days, from Tuesday, September 6th through Friday, September 16th. We appreciate your participation in this important endeavor.

Should you encounter any problems or questions while taking the survey, please contact Jonathan Voss, an administer of the survey, at jvoss@lakeresearch.com

Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.
