Brisket and Scotch Tasting
March 26, 2016, 7 - 10 p.m.

Warm up on a cold winters' night with a homemade meal, scotch-tasting, good conversation and a little friendly competition. Can you make a brisket better than anyone else you know? Do you use Bubbie's top secret recipe? Do you want to taste the difference between an Islay and a Highland or a single malt and a blend?
Join old friends and new at the Brisket Cook-Off and Scotch Tasting. Enjoy a potluck dinner and desserts (sign up via the Registration link), wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, guided scotch tasting and voting for the winning brisket entry. Winners will take home prizes and coveted bragging rights.

The evening will also include live music by special guests to help set the festive note to the night!

You don't need to make a brisket to join us, but you do have to be 21. Just $25 per person. Please register by March 23, 2016 so we can get an accurate count.
