Adult Education Presents: A Tragic Fate - Holocaust Art Theft

Save the Date: Brisket and Scotch Tasting
March 26, 2016, 7 - 10 p.m.

Co-sponsored by TST Brotherhood and Sisterhood

Warm up on a cold winters' night with a homemade meal, scotch-tasting, good conversation and a little friendly competition. Can you make a brisket better than anyone you know? Do you use Bubbie's top secret recipe? Do you want to taste the difference between an Islay and a Highland or a single malt and a blend?

Join old friends and new at the Brisket Cook-Off and Scotch Tasting. Enjoy a potluck dinner and desserts (dish signup to follow), wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages, guided scotch tasting and voting for the winning brisket entry.
Winners will take home prizes and coveted bragging rights.

You don't need to make a brisket to join us, but you do have to be 21. Proceeds from this event will support TST Brotherhood's Jewish summer camp scholarship fund.

Volunteer at Pearl Street Cupboard and Cafe
Pearl Street Cupboard & Cafe, 10 Pearl Street, Framingham

Temple Shir Tikva will be providing volunteer meal servers twice a month at Pearl Street Cafe in Framingham. Operated by United Way, Pearl Street Cafe is a warm and welcoming place where those struggling with food insecurity can enjoy a "community supper" each Tuesday and Thursday evening. Volunteer adults (and children over 10 accompanied by an adult) act as wait-staff, serving guests a freshly prepared restaurant-style meal. A wonderful and rewarding mitzvah opportunity!
