Adult Education Committee Presents: The Promised Land with Alan Ullman
|
We are very fortunate to have Rabbi Alan Ullman teaching a Friday section of his sought after class "The Promised Land".
Rabbi Ullman brings Torah to life by facilitating dynamic interaction and questioning of text, enabling us to view Torah in its ancient context as well as in its relevance to our lives today.
The Promised Land
One of the great arcing themes of our Torah is the Promised Land. Often we spend a lot of time exploring the journey to the Promised Land. In this course, we will be studying what it means to arrive in and inhabit the Promised Land. And what does it mean for us today to experience our lives in a land flowing with milk and honey.
We need a minimum of 8 members to hold the class, so please call the office and register today!
Cost: $54 for members
Dates:
Fridays - 2/12, 2/26, 3/18, 3/25, 5/20, 6/3
Time: 9:30 -11:00 a.m.

Mark your calendars for the dates below. You are welcome to attend even if you have not finished the book prior to the meeting.
