Dear Library Member,

Be prepared for thrills and excitement with The Lizard Guys and their scaly and slithery friends on Sunday, December 27 at 12:30 pm. The Lizard Guys presenter will introduce 6-10 animals and giant bugs to the audience. He will explain where the animal comes from, its normal diet, its life expectancy and answer any questions thrown out by the audience.  Audience members will be given the chance to gently touch the animals with a finger or two whenever possible.  Come and see these exciting creatures up close and personal this Sunday at 12:30 pm.  Recommended for children age 5 and up.

We've added a new feature to the left sidebar - the calendar of classes for our Idea Farm makerspace.  The calendar will give you a full month view of the classes coming up and you may register for them on our website calendar or through the newsletter.

Did you know that the Old Bridge Public Library is an authorized United States passport acceptance facility?  We handle both first-time passport applications and passport renewals.   We can also take passport pictures for you!  No appointment is necessary - we take applications on a first come, first served basis.  Our pleasant, authorized agents make the passport process low stress. If your child is home for winter recess, the next couple of weeks may be ideal to bring everyone in for a passport! Please visit our passport page for hours of operation and further information.

See you in the Library!

Regards,
Nancy Cohen, Library Director
