Adult Craft Program

Suburban Article

Dear Library Member,

To help us serve you even better in 2016 and beyond, the Library will be conducting a survey starting Tuesday.  A short series of questions will help us gauge what is important to you. You can fill out the survey on our web site or through  copies available in the Library. The survey will gauge satisfaction with our resources and services and ask about your interest in future offerings.  Your opinion is important, so please take a couple of minutes to tell us what you think.  Many thanks!

Following the popular debut of our adult craft program last month, we have another delightful craft program scheduled for Friday at 10:30 am.  This time you will be making beautiful festive snowflakes out of plastic beads.  Please register here or call 732-721-5600 x5033.

KICKSTARTER is an online service that allows you to post a creative project and receive funding via donations from other users. The site is a part of a new wave of similar donation services called "crowdfunding". This informative class on Sunday, December 6 at 2 pm will cover:
  • Understanding the Kickstarter project guidelines and requirements.
  • Defining Your Project.
  • Telling a Compelling Story.
  • Promoting Your Project
  • And More!

No registration required.  Just drop in.

Rest easy, books are and will remain important here at the Library! The Suburban's quote, "It's not about books anymore" should have been ,"It's not just about books anymore"!

Have a wonderful week and see you in the Library!

Regards,
Nancy Cohen, Library Director
