Dear Library Member,

Calling all teens!  Let the Library help you prepare for your finals.  Come to the Library on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1-9 and you'll find that the young adult area has been set aside just for your use.  The free WiFi is waiting for you plus some Chromebase computers for those who need them.

A living will, despite its name, isn't at all like the wills
that people use to leave property at their death. A living will, also called a directive to physicians or advance directive, is a document that lets people state their wishes for end-of-life medical care, in case they become unable to communicate their decisions. It has no power after death.  On Tuesday at 7 pm, attorney Allen P. Comba will explain the mechanics of living wills, and why it is important for you and your family to plan ahead.  Sample forms will be provided.

Do you know what legal issues and laws apply to your business?  Learn what you need to know to protect your business and your future on Thursday at 7 pm when the local chapter of SCORE presents the workshop Know Your Legal Needs.  This free program is geared specifically to small businesses.

Interested in buying or selling online but don't know how to start?  On Friday at 7 pm there will be a class on buying and selling online, staying safe and dealing with passwords. The main ecommerce sites like Amazon, Craigslist and eBay are discussed from both points of view.  Become a pro in no time!

On Saturday the Old Bridge Flight School will present two Fundamentals of Flight workshops to help celebrate June as Aviation Month.  The 90-minute workshops for students 11 thru 18 will be presented at 10:30 am and 12 pm. The Flight school will have two tabletop flight simulators, handouts, and a power point presentation to thrill and educate you!  No registration required.

Don't forget about our Tech Buddies who will help you decipher your computer, smart phone, tablet and other device every Monday from 6-8 pm and Saturday 11 am to 1 pm.  Just drop in!

Have a safe and wonderful week.  See you in the Library!

Regards,
Nancy Cohen, Library Director
