This Week at Your Library: Feb. 16

Dear Library Member,

Unlike the book title, A Leaky Tent is a Piece of Paradise, our roof leaks have not made some spots in the Library look like paradise in recent days.  The good news is that a new roof is in the planning stages for the Library for 2015!  More good news -we will begin renovations to some of our restrooms soon!  Thanks for bearing with us.

Calling all volunteers!  If you have sewing or cooking talent, technology expertise, can garden or have time to be a workshop monitor please contact me.  Share your talent and time to help others learn and create!

The ancient Romans enjoyed their "photo" ops too, just not with the devices we use today.  They used sculpture, painting and mosaics.  On Friday, February 20 at 7pm, we will present a fun and fascinating talk on picture taking Roman-style!

Be safe and be well. See you in the Library!

Regards,
Nancy Cohen, Interim Director
