This Week At Your Library: Nov. 10
Friends of the Library Book Sale!

The Friends of the Library Book Sale is this week! Forward this email to anyone you know who might want to pick up some excellent quality books, DVDs, audiobooks and more!

If you have been to the book sale before, you know this is a great place to get books at bargain prices.

What you may not know is that the book sale helps fund our programming for the public! Last Saturday's very popular "Touch of Sinatra" concert drew in over a hundred people - and was only made possible by the support of the Friends of the Library.

So, please spread the word about the Friends of the Library Book Sale! This year it will be on the library floor by our "Living Room" area.

The hours this year:

November 12 at 1 pm-8:30pm
November 13 from 10-8:30 pm
November 14 from 10-4:30 pm
November 15 from 10-4:30 pm
November 16 from 1-4:30 pm
November 17 from 10-8:30 pm

We hope to see you there!

Regards,
Darren Miguez, Library Director

"My mother and my father were illiterate immigrants from Russia.  When I was a child they were constantly amazed that I could go to a building and take a book on any subject. They couldn't believe this access to knowledge we have here in America. They couldn't believe that it was free."
