This Week At Your Library: Oct. 6
Free Dance Performance, Business Dreams, and More...

My favorite cultural performances that we hold here at the library are those that feature dance. This upcoming Saturday will  be a treat as we host Nrtiya Creations Dance Academy at 230pm. This performance blends Indian dance with Western dance styles such as ballet, hip-hop, and jazz dance.

As always, thanks to our Friends of the Library group, this performance is free and open to the public! Bring a friend for what is sure to be a memorable afternoon.

Also this week on Wednesday at 7pm: Arnold Karvasky of SCORE presents "Dreaming of Starting your own Business?" - a program outlining how to get business ideas large or small from the concept stage to reality.

If you have a smartphone or tablet, you should look at our Library App - LMxPRESS. Your Old Bridge Library Card works at any of the libraries in the Middlesex County Consortium, and the app helps you manage your checked out items as well as download ebooks. You can even scan the barcode of a book and see if it is available to check out or request. If you are on the go and want help keeping up with your library card, check out the app.

Regards,
Darren Miguez, Library Director
