The autumn harvest is just around the corner, so our thoughts are turning to food - and cooking.
The community cookbook will be compiled from recipes community members submit. We will turn this community recipe collection into a free downloadable ebook so that all can enjoy it. We need as many community cooks as possible to be part of this project, so please forward this email to anyone you know who has delicious recipes to share.
To take part, simply download our Recipe Form
HERE.
Fill it out, and bring it to the library. We will have an online submission form for you to add recipes to in next week's newsletter.
To those of you who signed up for library cards at Old Bridge Day, and for our regular newsletter readers, please find at the bottom of this email a coupon for an entertainment DVD or Video Game check out.
Finally, we're reaching out to folks to help us keep our Idea Farm community workshop open to the community. We have a small number of staff hours dedicated to keeping Open Workshop Hours going, but we would love to expand them.
If you are interested in being a volunteer, please email me. You can work on your own projects in the workshop, but we are looking for folks who can be present to help others and share their knowledge. Feel free to pitch a workshop, or volunteer to help keep the Idea Farm workshop open for your fellow community members.
