Summertime Tech Help and... Who has the Best Library?

It's that time of year again!

Ask yourself the question "Does Old Bridge have the best library in Middlesex County?"

If the answer is "YES!", then vote for us as this year's "Best of the Best". Here is all you need to do:
  • Click this link.
  • Scroll down to "Public Library" and click on "VOTE"
  • If you've never voted before, you may need to set up an account; if you have a mycentraljersey.com account already, you should be all set.
  • Write "Old Bridge Public Library" in the blank.
  • Forward this email to other Old Bridge Library fans!
  • Tell me you voted for us next time you see me so I can say thank you!

We really appreciate you considering us for the "Best of the Best" award; regardless of whether we win or not, we'll continue doing our best to serve the community!

While you're at the voting website, vote in the other categories - Best Pizza, Best Park, Best Place to Listen to Live Music, Best Veterinarian - there are a LOT of categories, so make sure Old Bridge's voice is represented!

In other news: I wanted to remind folks about our Teen Tech Buddies program - we have some new volunteers on our Monday night session from 6pm to 8pm. Come in and have a tech-savvy teen help you with setting up email, connecting you with our Digital Magazine service, or going over our downloadable audiobooks, and more! As summer has arrived, you might want to hit the beach with your favorite e-reader or tablet freshly stocked with the latest digital entertainment, of drive down listening to a favorite author. The Teen Tech Buddies can help make it happen!

NEXT Monday, the 28th, as part of our Idea Farm programming, come and learn about container gardening with Rutgers Master Gardener Christine Rose!

Regards,
Darren Miguez, Library Director
