Dear Library Member,
Thanksgiving is nearly upon us! For my part, I am thankful for the community's support of the Library over the last year. Or Strategic Plan is coming along nicely thanks to your input earlier in the year.
Thought it has been my first year as Library Director, based on your input we have made some distinct improvements in our wireless network, a revised study room policy, and this email newsletter to keep in regular contact with you. There is more to come, and as always I would love to hear your thoughts on how we're doing, or what directions you'd like to see us take.
I'm also thankful for this first year with my daughter - a different kind of challenge with its own rewards! She is pictured to the left inspecting pumpkins at a farmer's market.
Those of you with older children may like to know that starting in December we will be opening up our Tween and Teen Crochet and Craft programs to parents and their kids to come in and work on projects together. We hope this inspires sharing of skills and knowledge to everyone's benefit.
