Dear Library Member,

If you haven't seen it yet, please take a look at our new web site, still at www.oldbridgelibrary.org.  We think you'll like what you see!   Let us know what you think.

This is a great week for computer and technology classes.  On Monday, October 19 at 7 pm the Introduction to 3D Printing class will be given.  The sequel, Advanced 3D Printing will be taught on Thursday, October 22 at 7 pm.  On Wednesday, October 21 at 7 pm Introduction to Arduino Microcontrollers will teach you all about these easily programmable small computers.  See our Idea Farm page on our new web site to learn more about these and other Idea Farm makerspace classes.

Finally, get ready to write the great American novel or your research assignment with these writing prompts, note-taking & research apps, and more. Use your computer for more than just spell check. Come to Online Writing Tools on Wednesday, October 21 at 7 pm and upgrade your writing skills.

The Teen Lock-In is back and will take place on Saturday, October 24 from 4:30 to 10 pm.  Call the Library to register at 732-721-5600 x5028 or register through the calendar on our new web site.

Join gourd artist Marcie Falconetti who will teach you about the history and variety of gourds. She will demonstrate the various techniques that she uses to turn these unique plants into beautiful works of art so you can too.  Marcie's Gourd Creations presentation is on Saturday, October 24 at 3 pm.
