Gifts for Dads
Father's Day is on 21st June in the UK so now's the perfect time to plan a knitted or crocheted gift.
We have scoured Ravelry to bring you our highlights. You can never have too many scarves and this one from Jared Flood we have knitted time and again. It's a great stash busting design.
Hats and socks are kind of traditional so we have chosen one of each for you.

We are very excited to show you our brand new collection of knitting needles. Called ZING these needles are made from strong, yet light metal with nicely pointed silver tips. They really are a joy to use.
Each size has it's own designated colour making it easy to identify your needles. The lustrous shades in a satin finish also have their sizes laser printed on. There are sets of needles available in gorgeous packaging.
Zing needles will be in your local yarn store and online from August but we will be running two weeks of special competitions in July. You could be among the first to get your hands on these fantastic needles.
Just remember to like our Facebook page here to keep in touch.

Back to Back challenge
In the early 19th century at Newbury in Berkshire, UK, a £1,000 wager was made to make a coat from the sheep's back to a mans back in one day. That's nearly £4million at today's prices! The event was watched by 5000 people and it took thirteen hours to complete.
Each year teams from around the world compete in this historic challenge. We at KnitPro are very proud to support Team Groenwoud in the Netherlands who finished the sweater within 5 hours, 1 minute and 28 seconds this year.
They are now only 10 minutes and 18 seconds away from the Guinness World Record which still stands on 4 hours, 51 minutes and 18 seconds and is held by Australia. No other team has ever come that close.
Miriam Tegles who holds the Guinness World Record for the World's Fastest Knitter told us: "Part of our success is due to the excellent Zing Needles from Knit Pro."
Congratulations to the whole team and good luck next year.
