Socks

Christmas really is just around the corner but there is still time to knit and crochet those special presents for your loved ones.

You just can't beat a pair of new socks  and they are so quick and easy to knit especially when you use KnitPro DPNs.

Supreme sock designer, Jen Arnall Culliford has a great tip to help you avoid second sock syndrome - you know, that moment when you have knitted one sock and need a boost to finish the pair.  She says: "If I am finding a second sock heavy going, then I find that alternating with another pattern is enough to make both socks feel like a new project!"

Laura Linneman recommends self striping yarn; "I catch myself saying, let me finish just one more stripe, and before I know it my second sock is done!"

We'd love to see what's on your needles at this time of year, so why not post us a picture of your work in progress (WIP) on our Ravelry group here
