Mojito Mamas, Thursday 4/24 at 6:30 (RSVP by TODAY!)
Pegasus Parade Thursday 5/1 at 3:30
We wanted to inform everyone that Miss Alice is now home and recovering from Wednesday's hip surgery. We have no doubt that she is keeping the physical therapists busy!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to hide eggs and organize the class parties.  Thanks also to all you fantastic parents for donating eggs, and thank you to this year's Bunny, Liz Seltenrich!
From Renee

As I write this article, I have a rather large smile on my face. I spent this morning escorting the Easter Bunny to each class egg hunt. This is such a magical time in our preschoolers' lives with imaginations peaking. The Bunny exchanged many hugs and high fives, and patted numerous heads. From the perspective of the Bunny, Liz Seltenrich, "Everyone should have my view."  The children offered her their eggs and dandelions, demonstrating their innate kindness. These are the days at Preschool that can be extremely busy, but remind us of the imagination and creativity of our School's youngest children.

We kicked off the week with an adorable show by the Shining Star and Dolphin classes. They performed The Missing Tarts by BG Hennessy (no relation). I want to thank Cindy Simpson, Mary Pat Mann, Alice Willingham, and Ann Schultz for all of the time they put in to making this show fun for the children.  Be sure to check out the gallery at the end of this newsletter.

The Parent Association donated 900 eggs to the Keystone Academy on Wednesday for their egg hunts. The Keystone Academy, which is located on South 13 th Street, was formerly known as The California Area Family Development Center. I would like to thank ALL of our parents for donating eggs to them; you made their day a little brighter!

How many Wyverns? 100 Wyverns!

Siofra Rucker
Director of Advancement

As announced, our Gym is on schedule and will be completed this summer with our Grand Opening in August!

In our recent parent coffees, many of you asked about fundraising and if we had raised enough to complete the gym. The answer is that we are very, very close. The Major Gifts have been received, and these gifts fund the building itself and almost all of fixtures and fittings.

However, we do need your help to make the Goshen Gym all it can be! And, we want everyone involved with the Goshen Campus to be a part of this incredibly important project for this Campus.

We are almost there! Our goal is to get 100 new gifts (ranging from $10,000 to $100) to complete the Gym between Spring Break and Summer Break. In addition, each class is going to be a part of making this happen. Students will be working with their teachers to choose their contribution to the gym -- whatever they think it must have, from hula hoops to daffodils to a popcorn machine. We also need help completing the landscaping and the deck between the gym and the playshelter, which are not part of the scope of the project. This is where you come

in!

The focus of this phase of the campaign is parent and student participation. I hope that you will also join us and make a gift to help complete the gym. Each gift will be heralded with a large Baby Wyvern sticker on the wall, and each sticker will be personalized with the donor's name and/or the amount or purpose of the gift, as the donor wishes.

Please feel free to email me if you have any questions, and please let me know how you would like to be a part of the "100 Wyverns" campaign.
