Love is in the air! Valentines have floated throughout the building to teachers and children all morning.

Thank you to all of the Dads and special friends that attended our Doughnuts with Dad breakfast. The children absolutely loved having you visit their classrooms!

This winter has brought so many challenges during the school days, both morning commutes to school and afternoon dismissals. As I write this, we have missed a total of five Preschool days. A few parents have asked if we plan to make up these days. At this time, we are not planning to make up those days. We added days to the end of calendar this year, extending it from previous years, with the school year ending on May 28. If we have any additional snow days (fingers crossed that we warm up around here) we likely will make those up.

I hope everyone has a restful winter break!

Please forgive our terrible oversight last week... we want to congratulate and thank Beverly Cote on her amazing design work for St. Francis School. She designed both of our gala materials this year (Our Good Earth and Imagine! 2014) and St. Francis has never looked better. A HUGE thanks to Beverly for all of her time and talents the entire year!

If you see an item you want, you can either purchase it immediately through the site or contact Bobby Steurer at bsteurer@stfrancisschool.org to let him know you would like a specific item and would like to come to the Downtown Campus to pick it up and pay for it (quickly). All items are located at the Downtown Campus if you would like to see them in person.

Once an item is purchased, if you would like it taken to another campus, that can be arranged. This sale is only going on through Tuesday, Feb. 25th, so don't miss this last chance to pick up some really amazing jewelry, art, and even a few packages.
And what a great chance to snag some cool items right before Valentine's Day!

We want to congratulate Matt and his family on the birth of Matt's baby brother, Jackson (Jax)!

Spring Soccer!

Spring soccer will begin on Wednesday, March 19, and will run through Wednesday, May 14. This session will be open to students in our Fours classes. Please contact 4 Kicks For Kidz for more information, and to register (flyers came home in backpacks today).

The make-up day for the current winter session will be Wednesday, March 12.

Please be sure to sign in whenever you visit the Preschool, or when dropping off or picking up your child during non-carpool times.

If you need to reach us here at the Preschool, you can call our main line at 694-9370. You can also call 228-0165 and press #8 to reach Renee directly.

East End Surface Blasting

For the week of February 17 - 22

Monday: 11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Tuesday: 11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Wednesday: 11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Thursday: 11:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.

Friday: 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Saturday: 11:00 a.m.

At around these times each day, traffic will be stopped on U.S. 42 and the entrance/exit to the Snyder Freeway for anywhere from five to 20 minutes.
