Environmental Issues and NEPA (Tribal RoadStar Program - Course 11) - This one-day training will cover Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and important provisions of Section 4(f) of the US DOT Act. In the morning session, FHWA will provide a background discussion of the key laws and regulations regarding historic resources and NEPA. In the afternoon session, ODOT will discuss the specific environmental and cultural procedures and requirements followed by the state.
