Winter is truly upon us as celebrations take place in the coming days honoring Scotland's national bard, Robert Burns.  2016 is also The American-Scottish Foundation's 60th Anniversary.  It will be a year filled with celebrations and events which ASF are looking forward to sharing with our Members, friends and community at large.

Calendar of Upcoming Events

Please join us on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the University Club, 
New York City, for our Wallace Award� Highland Spring Fling and 
60th Anniversary Celebration.

The Wallace Award recognizes the success of Scots, those of Scottish descent and Americans as well as Canadians, who have been instrumental in contributing to the well-being of both countries. 

Our honorees are 
- Sir Thomas M. Devine, Kt OBE FBA FRSE, internationally renowned Scottish historian and academic, 
- Sir Tom Farmer, CVO CBE KCSG DL, Scottish businessman and founding Chancellor of Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, and 
- Kenneth B. Miller, great-grandson of Andrew Carnegie, 
Chairman Emeritus of Cooper-Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, 
a Trustee for the American Foundation for the Blind and the 
Alexander Robertson School. 

From the sound of the bagpipes and whisky tasting, dinner and dancing - come celebrate with us. The " Highland Spring Fling" will feature performances by ASF Lord Malcolm Douglas-Hamilton Bursary Awardees.
