Ocean-freight container shipments are currently been prepared for Turkey, Côte d'Ivoire, and Pakistan.
Medical Bridges has sent a total of 20 ocean-freight container shipments so far this year to the following countries: eight to Pakistan, four to Nigeria, four to Guatemala, one to Turkey, one to Philippines, one to Malta, and one to Kenya.

New Forklift Will Improve Our Operation
Medical Bridges has recently purchased a new forklift, yes that's correct a brand new one, funded by our generous long-time supporter Moody Memorial First United Methodist Church.

Medical Bridges Welcomes a New Member
 | Raudel Arias |
| Medical Bridges welcomes Raudel Arias as part of our team. Raudel started with the organization in June as Inventory Control Specialist. He processes all data entry and ensures inventory is accurate and up to date, just to name a few of his tasks and responsibilities. Raudel is a great addition to the team, and Medical Bridges is delighted to have him on board.

Unique Internship Experience
During this summer, Matt Lastrapes, a sophomore from Duke University pursuing a career in Biomedical Engineering, had the opportunity to intern in the Medical Bridges Biomedical Test Room.
The internship was a continuing learning experience for Matt that allowed him not only to work hands-on with many medical devices and receive professional training but also to be part of Medical Bridges' mission and the impact it has around the globe. (read more)

Gala Kick-off Reception at Saks

The Gala Kick-off Reception was held at the fabulous Saks Shoe Department on Tuesday, May 27. Soothing music, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and great company created the perfect ambiance for the evening. Our prestigious and gracious Honorary Chairman Margaret Alkek Williams, along with Gala Chairman Barbara Van Postman, welcomed and mingled with guests.
