Most Tenzing high-performance hunting packs are equipped with an H2O compartment for accom-modating 2- or 3-liter reservoirs. Therefore it only makes sense that Tenzing introduces its own TZ Hydration System with bladders in both sizes. Advanced materials make the Tenzing bladder liner virtually maintenance free. All that is required for use is to simply rinse, refill and use again and again. The reservoirs will keep water fresh for days, and even weeks, thanks to the TasteFree pouch liner that retains the pure taste of water without any plastic aftertaste, along with several other properties.

We use stainless steel frames and barrels to ensure the safety and comfort of the user." |

Editorial
Alas, poor Cool Whip! I knew him, Horatio
David A. Lombardo
Absinthe, Foie Gras, Japanese Puffer Fish
And anything unpasteurized made into a dish.
Fishing from Santa Barbara to the Mexican border,
Beluga Caviar, Shark Fins, snapper fishing in Florida
Cigarettes flavored with cloves or fruit,
Internet gambling and text book words such as poor and homeless to boot.
Religious ornaments on the White House Christmas tree,
And cigar smoking anywhere in the land of the free.
And now, joining the list of idiotic bans,
Hydrogenated oil for the good taste fans.
Trans fatty acids are found in everything from margarine and shortening to salad dressing, cookies and chips. It's what makes French fries crisp. It's what makes cookies stick together, and it's what makes things taste good.
For God's sake the latte-drinking, sushi-eating, Volvo-driving, New York Times-reading, body-piercing, Hollywood loving, left-wing freak show liberals are going to ban Cool Whip!
OpEd writer Victoria Cuthbertson, in a Daily Trojan piece-yes, you heard that right, Daily Trojan-wrote, "Trans fats are everywhere. A slow poison in need of urgent attention, trans fat has been associated with inflammation, heart disease, diabetes and cancer."
Cuthbertson went on to write, "As always, there are critics. Opponents decry this proposal as an example of government intrusion on citizens' rights. For example, one online commenter wrote - 'The FDA should stay out of people's lives ... and stop trying to control what we do and what we eat. I should have the right to do that without some hack government bureaucracy like the FDA controlling our lives.'"
Wait a second, wait a second, isn't that a liberal point of view? Isn't that the liberal argument for abortion? A woman's right to control her own body? Why do liberals get to do what they want with their body but conservatives can't? Are you freaking kidding me-banning Cool Whip?
I have eaten Miracle Whip sandwiches! I have parked my saturated fat rear-end on the kitchen floor with a spoon and eaten Cool Whip right out of the tub! It's good; no, it's great, but all that's coming to an end. Yeah, well, according to liberals, that's how the cookie crumbles, which, thanks to liberal morons, will no longer be a metaphor but a reality.
But Cuthbertson unwittingly opened Pandora's Box in her dim-witted attempt to justify yet more liberal suspension of personal freedom. "First of all," she wrote, "the health of American citizens is very much intertwined with the government, especially under the Affordable Care Act. If food products are unhealthy or unsafe in any way, it is the government's responsibility to act in the interest of the consumer. It seems that these critics have not fully grasped the danger..."
And there, boys and girls, is the real story. If you think your gun rights are safe, just take a look at what this administration, under the guise of the Affordable Care Act, is willing to do. Our government now has the right to determine what's in your best interest, whether you agree or not, and if they think Cool Whip is a threat that needs to be eliminated, just what do you think they're conjuring up next for your Second Amendment rights? Which makes me once again ask the question: when are we going to take back America?

Appeal filed in Montana Firearms Freedom Act ruling
According to an orchidadvisors article, firearms rights advocates have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling against a Montana state law designed to circumvent federal firearms laws. In 2009 the State of Montana passed the Montana Firearms Freedom Act, stipulating that federal firearm laws are not enforceable in Montana with respect to firearms manufactured within the state after October 2009, are stamped "Made in Montana," and do not leave the state. The move was not without precedent as eight other states had passed similar laws. ATF responded with a letter to all Montana-based Federal Firearms Licensees saying, "The Act conflicts with Federal firearms laws and regulations, Federal law supersedes the Act, and all provisions of the Gun Control Act and the National Firearms Act, and their corresponding regulations, continue to apply." A law suit was brought by the Montana Shooting Sports Association against U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to stop federal regulations from being enforced for the firearms covered under the new state law and found its way to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The 9th ultimately upheld the lower court's decision leading to the appeal.

NSSF urges Undetectable
Firearms Act reauthorization
NSSF is urging Congress to reauthorize the Undetectable Firearms Act before it expires on December 9th, writing the chairmen and ranking members of the appropriate committees in both houses to point out that "the current law has proven effective in preventing the illegal manufacture, importation, sale or possession of undetectable firearms." News accounts of plastic firearms being made with 3D printing technology and calls for action by anti-gun activists have resulted in some members of Congress seeking more extensive legislation. It is doubtful that such guns pose much of a threat to the public. As NSSF Senior Vice President and General Counsel Larry Keane told BusinessWeek, any plastic firearm "would be very unreliable and very unsafe." Security screening technology has advanced since passage of the original law in 1988, and there have been no cases of an illegal undetectable firearm ever being used in a crime. NSSF is concerned new proposals could hamper federally licensed firearms manufacturers from developing prototypes using advanced technologies. [Source: National Shooting Sports Foundation]

U.S. Rep. Bob Latta introduces new sportsmen's act
Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) Co-Chair Bob Latta (R-Ohio) has introduced HR 3590, a new bipartisan version of the Sportsmen's Heritage and Recreational Enhancement (SHARE) Act of 2013. Priorities addressed in the SHARE Act include: protecting the traditional use of lead ammunition and fishing tackle by American hunters and anglers, the potential increase of more Pittman-Robertson funds for shooting ranges, the permanent authorization of the electronic duck stamp and helping facilitate the use of and access to Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service lands and waters for hunting, recreational fishing and shooting. It also prohibits the enforcement of individual firearm regulations at water resources development projects administered by the Corps of Engineers and prohibits additional fees for commercial filming on federal lands and waterways. In addition this legislation will also permanently establish the Wildlife and Hunting Heritage Conservation Council Advisory Committee to advise the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture on wildlife and habitat conservation, hunting and recreational shooting. Anti-2A NYC police commish
wants armed protection for himself
Outgoing New York Police Department Commissioner Ray Kelly, virulent anti-second amendment proponent and anti-gun mouthpiece for New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, wants the protection afforded by firearms once he reverts back to John Q. According to a NYmag.com article, Kelly has requested a team of six NYPD detectives to keep him and his family safe back in civilian life. And get this: it's reported that each detective would make $120,000 a year, and the taxpayers-the very ones he wants unarmed-will be required to pick up the entire bill! According to a Huffington Post article, Kelly says he needs the taxpayer-funded, round-the-clock protection because he's a "high profile target" and requested the contingent of detectives to shepherd him around town and protect him and his family during their travels so they can be safe. But he would deny that same option of self-protection and safety to you. By the way, Kelly's request is not typical; only one other person in his position has taken a city-funded detail after leaving the post. [Source: NRA/ILA]
