New Year, New Ride

With the start of a new year comes the typical new year resolutions: eat healthier, work out more frequently, spend more quality time with family - all are pretty typical vows people take at midnight on the 31st in hopes of making the new year a great one. But if your 2013 resolution reads a little more like, "This year, I'm going to finally trade in my old clunker for a shiny new ride," then allow us to help you achieve your goal. Here's our list of highly anticipated cars for 2013:

  • 2013 Dodge Dart - The new Dodge Dart puts affordable luxury at the forefront of its design, with high-end features like a reconfigurable TFT instrument cluster, HID headlamps, and Nappa leather upholstery.
  • 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid - If fuel efficiency is your cup of tea, look no further than the new Jetta Hybrid. With a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine and 27-hp electric motor system, this car will be available in the U.S. in late 2013.
  • 2013 Ram 1500 - If this marks the year that you'll finally get a full-sized pick-up truck, be sure to check out the new Ram 1500. With an 8-speed automatic transmission and improved speed economy, this household name is better than ever.
  • 2013 Honda Accord - A smart new design and sleek feature set are just some of the things you can expect from this new Honda. The base model has a fuel-saving CVT that's the most convincing automatic-transmission imitator yet, and Honda was actually able to keep the smooth V-6 engine instead of transitioning to turbo-charged engines.

'Berts Buck Stop Partners with Toys for Tots

In December, 'Berts Buck Stop partnered with the Richmond-area Toys for Tots to help gather holiday gifts for children in need. For every toy donation 'Berts received, customers received 6 free wings or 1 free Bullet's burger.

The drive was a huge success - together, we were able to donate over 100 toys to the Richmond-area Toys for Tots. Special thanks to everyone who helped organize the event and to those who stopped by a 'Berts Buck Stop to make a donation. Your gifts were truly appreciated this holiday.
