Life Builders School of Ministry

New course starts 18th September!

The current School of Ministry is well under way as we start our new course Wednesday 18th Sepetember and is open to all!

 Life Builders

We're delighted to have Pastor Frank Goveia (pictured below) come and lead us in how to study the letters to the churches.

This four week course Living the Epistles will help us to understand how to live out Paul the Apostle's teachings.

Pastor Frank GoveiaPastor Frank is Guyanese by birth, California by education and British by residence. He is the minister at Rye Lane Chapel, Peckham, London and has a passion for Bible teaching and Christian education. He holds Masters degrees in New Testament Studies, Biblical Studies and Guidance and Counselling in Education. Frank is married to Rona who is also involved in the work at Rye Lane Chapel.

Those that attended the previous  course have really benefited from learning about the history and context of the New Testament so far. Here are just some of the comments:

"The teaching has shown me how much the past has influenced the present, and how many things are the same today. I realise that my 21st century struggles are not so new after all..."

"This is a great refresher course."

"This course is giving me more confidence to share my faith and the facts with my non-Christian friends."

If you missed the first four week course, don't miss out on the next one! Register this Sunday.
