Operations Update
For January, we finished with an average time of delivery at 11:47 am, and the percentage of bills delivered before noon was 54.2%. In addition, we achieved an average number of shipments with a notation of 1.8%. These are bills with any notation, even notations that don't result in a claim being filed. These measurements are all indicators that we continue to deliver the freight early and damage free. We believe this is key to bringing you peace of mind.
