 One year ago the Jose Wejebe Spanish Fly Memorial Foundation granted its first wish. Tyler and his family stayed at Hawks Cay, fished with Greg Poland, went to Dolphin Research Center, met Jimmy Johnson and Wyland, and received gear from Yeti, Shimano, Costa, and Under Armour. Tyler. His family caught everything from Sailfish to Lemon Sharks.
One year later we are still in touch with Tyler's family. We received an email from Tyler's mother Danielle that said she is looking for a job down here. Jose would be, and the Foundation is humbled that Ty's wish inspired his family to peruse their dream of living in the Florida Keys.
"I missed you, Jose, but having this experience with all your loved ones made it so special. Because of their love for you I had my wish granted, I know how proud you must be!"-Tyler
