Dear Maccabi USA Friends and Family,

A year ago we were in Israel enjoying ourselves experiencing the joyful ISRAEL CONNECT program. We learned the wonders of this great country and its importance in the lives of world-wide Jewry.

Today, this nation of miracles has been forced to defend itself (and defend itself it shall) against the forces of evil that have no other goal than to eliminate it from the face of the earth. Israel and its people will prevail and we at Maccabi USA will always be there for its support.

We all need to pray that there are minimal casualties and life will return to a reasonable sense of normality.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Friends,

In these very difficult times all our thoughts go to our friends and families in Israel, in fact to all the people of Israel.

I am sure you all are tuned in to the news and social media like everybody in Israel is.

The situation is indeed very severe and no one can anticipate ,at this stage, how long it may still last and we pray for it to quiet soon and with no casualties on the Israeli side.

Israel does need every support and solidarity at this times and I would like to encourage everybody to show their solidarity in any way you feel suitable.

Let us hope for a quiet day and a brighter dawn tomorrow.
