 We're Not Old At 105 years old, people might say you are old. As the saying goes, you are only as old as you think you are. I'd agree with that, but in our business we have to back it up with substance. That is why we are constantly improving the way we do business. In the last year we have made significant investments in new technology to deliver service quickly, more efficiently, and securely. New firewalls, networks, workstations and management systems were put in place to improve our service delivery and insure that all our data continues to be safe and secure.
Our future plans will continue to leverage technology for your benefit. We are developing a mobile claim app that you can use to document and report a claim. We will also continue to improve our email channel to streamline applications, forms and policy delivery.
