Chamber Conference Room Available for Rent
The West County Chamber, thanks to a generous sponsorship from The Bank of Glen Burnie, has opened a new 20-seat conference room in space separated from its primary office. The conference room, which is equipped with an extended conference table, rolling conference chairs, a whiteboard, projector, and coffee and water service, is available for rental by reservation by the hour or the half day - cost is $50/hour for members, discounted rates available for non-profits. NSA Workshop for Small Business hosted by Chamber
The West County Chamber of Commerce Diversity Committee is pleased to announce an upcoming panel discussion with invited guests from the National Security Agency (NSA).
The work performed at the National Security Agency is critical to defending the nation and the need to work with diverse groups, staying at the cutting edge of technology, innovation and new ideas are key to the Agency's success. Following a Corporate Overview Briefing on the National Security Agency, the panel will present several avenues for bringing you and your company's expertise into the fold.
Panelists will include representatives from two key offices:
- NSA's Office of Small Business Programs will provide guidance on how to do business with NSA
- NSA's Signals Intelligence Directorate (SID) Innovations Office will explain a unique program that provides businesses with an opportunity to obtain government funding to develop a solution to one of the Agency's technical challenges.
We invite you to come hear how to become a part of NSA's important mission.
