Welcome to the July - August edition of  The Examiner, official newsletter of Ethos Risk Services.

In an industry that sees advancements -- technological, investigative, etc -- on a seemingly daily basis, Ethos vows to continue its organic business approach. We'll continue developing and improving. And, of course, we'll continue informing and entertaining with content such as that found in this edition of The Examiner

So please, read on and enjoy.

Labor Day Surveillance Opportunity
While purists honor Labor Day for the social and economic advancements now enjoyed by American workers, we at Ethos Risk Services have additional cause to celebrate. This three-day weekend offers our valued clients a golden opportunity to cash in on claimant activity.
As the unofficial end of summer, Labor Day beckons claimants from all over the country to the great outdoors. And Ethos investigators will be there, cameras in hand. From softball finales to football kickoffs, beach bashes to back-to-school barbecues, last-minute landscaping to pre-fall lawn treatments, this holiday weekend is bursting at the seams with surveillance possibilities.
But please, don't delay. Labor Day slots are filling quickly.

Best Catch - July 2015
At Ethos, we love to spotlight the work of our terrific team of investigators in the Best Catch segment of The Examiner. After all, their job is a tough one that doesn't typically draw many accolades. Their days start early and often run late, with the majority of their time spent in a hot car while trying to blend into unfamiliar surroundings.

It's difficult work to be sure, but Ethos investigators thrive when presented with even the most challenging circumstances in order to secure the high quality claimant video our valued clients have come to expect. This time around, we salute the efforts of investigator Sheila Davis, who went above and beyond on a surveillance assignment that resulted in some great video of a claimant whose reported lower back injury seemed to magically heal itself.

Case Study - Ethos springs into action to secure client's location
In early June 2015, Ethos Risk Services received an urgent call early on a Friday afternoon. The caller was a longstanding client who indicated that a former employee had called into the corporate office and threatened to return to the workplace and "shoot up the place."  The disgruntled ex-employee specifically stated that he was going to shoot his former manager.
Active Ethos
The Ethos Team was present at the 70th Annual Workers' Compensation Educational Conference in Orlando, FL, from August 23rd to the 26th of 2015, for our annual gathering of national workers' compensation and safety industries.

Ethos Eight - Jacques Fountain
The Examiner loves to profile Ethos team members in a Q &A session we call "The Ethos Eight."

In this edition, we interviewed Jacques Fountain, communications associate. A former English teacher, Jacques discusses writing and the Dalai Lama.

Our clients are our best advertising...Hear that? It's the Ethos buzz.
