Dear Saint Arnold's Army: Monday is Independence Day. We invite you to begin your celebration with a visit to Saint Arnold, Texas' oldest independent brewery. We're serving a special all-American Independence Day buffet lunch, which will feature the following: Barbeque Ribs | Beer Can Chicken | Bratwurst | Kosher Hot DogsMacaroni and Cheese | Cole Slaw | Iceberg Salad | Ambrosia SaladPineapple Upside Down CakeFor $18.48 plus tax ($20 total), you'll get the buffet lunch and beer until 2:00 PM. Our Downtown Pub Crawl Returns
Saturday, July 9 - 2:00 - 6:00 PM
We've been pounding the pavement of Downtown Houston before it was cool, and this year, we're ready to take our Downtown Pub Crawl to the next level. Our annual trek just south of the brewery returns next Saturday, July 9. This year, we've got 14 bars, live music and live screen printing. It's going to be a blast. We'll be utilizing our shotgun start method, meaning you can begin at the stop of your choice between 2:00 and 3:00. At your first stop, you'll get your punch card and learn your route. No, you won't need to stop at all 14 places - we'll have three routes, and yours will depend on where you start. We will keep groups together, so don't worry about that. At 6:00, we'll converge on Market Square Park, where we will award the prizes for those who complete the crawl - a fancy Saint Arnold Pub Crawl pint glass. We'll also have beer, live screen printing from Sunday Print Shop and live music at the park. Gio Chamba starts at 5:30, and Purple goes on at 6:30. Celebrate National French Fry Day at Saint Arnold
Wednesday, July 13 - 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Around this time last year, we proclaimed our Hand Cut Frites to be the Best French Fries in Houston. Today, we stand by that claim.
Of course, we don't want you to just take our word for it. We want to prove it to you, and National French Fry Day seems like the perfect time. On Wednesday, July 13, you can celebrate the occasion with us here at the brewery with a full on french fry party.
From 6:00 - 8:00 PM, we'll be serving our Hand Cut Frites, and you'll have access to a special french fry topping bar that will include chili, pulled pork, Santo queso, duck fat, bacon fat, remoulade, habanero ketchup and more.
You can make it fancy with truffle and parmesan. Or make it poutine with cheese curds and gravy. For the purists, we'll have all of the traditional condiments and toppings. The world is your french fry.
And don't forget about the beer! We wouldn't recommend topping your fries with it, but it's perfect for washing them down.
$20 gets you food, beer and a Saint Arnold pint glass.

Pub Night at Saint Arnold

Kick off your holiday weekend with Pub Night! Our air conditioned Beer Hall is open till 10:00 PM every Friday.
We're tapping a couple of special beers for the evening including Bishop's Barrel No. 2 (Christmas Ale aged in Chardonnay Barrels with Cherries) with Brettanomyces. Also, if you missed White Noise at FPSF, you'll have a chance to enjoy a cask conditioned version dry hopped with Centennial hops.
As they do every Pub Night, our kitchen crew will be serving up delicious eats in the form of Burgers, Brats, Crawfish Rolls, Chili Dogs, Currywurst, Spicy Chipotle Wings and Gumbo Fries(!).

Special Beer Dinner at Saint Arnold

Over the past few weeks, Chef Ryan and team have enjoyed the research involved in putting together a beer dinner. This research includes sampling dishes alongside the full spectrum of our beers, and deciding on the perfect pairings. It's fun research. The final menu includes Bishop's Barrel No. 12, Divine Reserve No. 15 and more.
You can taste the fruits of their labor at a special Beer Dinner in our Investors Pub on Tuesday, July 5. Chef Ryan will guide you through five courses and the beers we chose to pair with each. Taps will open at 6:00 PM, and we'll sit down for dinner at 6:30.

The home team is hot, and the beer is cold at the ballpark! Join us before next Friday's home game with a special Happy Hour at our bar in left field, just behind the Crawford Boxes. The gates will open early at 4:30 PM, and you can enjoy $5.25 Saint Arnold beers until 6:00 PM, along with live music leading up to the game.
Our buddy Orbit will be there too with the Shooting Stars. Buy him a beer! (Just kidding. Though that would be fun to watch.)
