Christmas Ale Pub Crawl: North Village Edition
Saturday, November 14 - 2:00 - 6:00 PM
Our original Christmas Ale Pub Crawl turns 21 this year. This is the granddaddy of all Pub Crawls - the one that started them all. It is the North Village Edition of our Christmas Ale Pub Crawl.
As usual, we're utilizing our open house method. This means you'll visit the first four stops in any order, and you'll get your ticket at whichever stop you decide to visit first. We will only be handing out the tickets between 2:00 and 3:00. Thus, you need to begin crawling by 3:00.
At 6:00 PM, everybody will gather at the final stop, and that's where we will award the prizes. The prize for making all five stops will be a beautiful Saint Arnold pint glass. As always, designated drivers are both eligible for the award and encouraged to attend! Here's where you'll find us:

Sailing Santa 2015 Coming Monday, November 16
It's that time of year again when we blend our Christmas Ale with Elissa IPA and spices to create Sailing Santa, a beer originally developed by you, our customers. Years ago, people on tours began asking us to blend the two beers. We're not certain who first called this concoction Sailing Santa, but we suspect several of you claim to be the originator. We have now added spices to the beer, changing the mix slightly from year to year.
For the 2015 version, we were able to get our hands on a brand new hop, called Snap, which is actually a blend of hops, spices and botanicals. What exactly is in there? We can't say. How do you blend hops with spices and botanicals? We can't say. We can tell you that the new hop, added at the end of fermentation, adds a ginger snap aroma and a complexity that makes Sailing Santa taste like the holidays.
Sailing Santa will be available in 22 oz bottles beginning Monday, November 16. There will also be some cask tappings around town. In fact, we know about a few already:

Saint Arnold Weekend at Alamo Drafthouse
Friday, November 13 - Sunday, November 15
The great folks at Alamo Drafthouse want to reward you, as a member of the Saint Arnold Army, with a free movie. That's right, a completely free movie at the Vintage Park or Mason Park Alamo Drafthouse. This is good for any movie (except Spectre) at any time this weekend.
Just print out this flyer or show it on your phone at the box office, and you're in. And while you're there, you may as well enjoy a Saint Arnold beer with your movie. Keep in mind, you'll want to show up a bit early, as some shows will sell out. Also, no children under six will be admitted and children six and older will not be admitted without a parent or guardian. However, The Peanuts Movie is available for children three and older.

Make Lunch Reservations for the Holidays
This holiday season, we'll be preselling a few dates that we expect to be very busy. On these days, we'll be offering our Daily Lunch Special only, and you can make reservations in advance. For $20, you'll get two courses and beer until 2:00 PM. A limited food menu will be served after 2:00, and you are welcome to come in to order beer and food a la carte.
We'll be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but the day before and day after are perfect times to get your family out of the house. Make your reservations below.

8th Annual Foamraiser at the Orange Show
Saturday, November 28 - 7:00 - 10:00 PM
Every year, we team up with the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art for their Foamraiser, an evening of music, art and beer. This event is a great opportunity to hang out at the one-of-a-kind Orange Show Monument, while supporting its preservation.
We'll be there with a couple of special beers (stay tuned!), and live music will be provided by Folk Family Revival. Hilarious comedy sketches from Beta Theater will grace the side stage. A limited edition Foamraiser pint glass will be available for purchase as well.
