Feast of Saint Arnold at the Brewery
Sunday, June 19 - 5:00 - 8:30 PM
On Sunday, July 19, we will be hosting the Feast of Saint Arnold, our annual fundraiser for Texas Children's Hospital's Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center. IBD includes Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis, which together affect 1.4 million people in this country alone. The TCH IBD Center is a leading institution in the treatment and research of these diseases in the juvenile population.
Feast of Saint Arnold is a beer dinner unlike any other event. It features four courses: beef, pork, fish and fowl. All are served simultaneously and family-style (or as you would expect medieval knights to be served). The food is the result of a collaboration between Saint Arnold Executive Chef Ryan Savoie and Landry's Concept Executive Chef Scott Castell. The full food menu is below. Reviews from previous years have been enthusiastic, to say the least.
You'll get to pair the dishes with any of our regular beers, and we'll also have a few special beers on tap. For the evening, we'll be tapping:
- Divine Reserve No. 14 aged in Tequila Barrels
- Bishop's Barrel No. 10
- Pumpkinator 2013
- Cask Conditioned Bishop's Barrel No. 7 with Cocoa Nibs
You'll arrive at 5:00 PM, enjoy some hors d'oeuvres and your aperitif beers. At 5:45 prompt, the Feast will commence. Utensils optional. Attire is brewery formal, which only precludes flip-flops.
Reservations are $115 each and include all of your food and beer. This year, each attendee will also receive our special Saint Arnold ceramic mug. Drinking from this mug makes you feel like a medieval knight and will definitely put you in the mood for a fitting Feast. This is a popular event and will sell out.

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy Independence Day Eve, we've got you covered with a special lunch buffet, our public tour and Pub Night that evening.
Starting with lunch, we'll be serving a special buffet from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM, which will feature chopped brisket, bratwurst, chicken legs, baked beans, potato salad, broccoli salad and apple cobbler. For $17.55 plus tax ($19 total), you'll get the buffet lunch and beer. We are now taking reservations online, and we expect this day to fill up quickly.

After lunch, our normal public tour hours will resume. After the tour, we'll host Pub Night from 5:00 - 10:00 PM featuring a special food menu and rare beers. We'll announce these menus as the date gets closer.

Movie Night at Saint Arnold: Independence Day
Saturday, July 4 at 7:00 PM
It seems like just yesterday we came together as a planet and cheered when Will Smith punched that alien in the face. That was actually 19 years ago. We think it's time to punch that alien in the face all over again.
On Saturday, July 4, we'll be hosting a screening of  Independence Day in front of the brewery with some help from our friends at Alamo Drafthouse. We'll open up the parking lot at 7:00 and start the movie around 8:15 PM.
Your $15 ticket includes admission and one beer. Additional beers and food will be available for purchase. This is a BYOC (bring your own chair) event. Those under 21 will need to be accompanied by their parent or guardian and will need a ticket for admission.
