The Return of Icon Green - Amarillo Hefe
Two years ago, we released Amarillo Hefe as our first Icon Green and the third beer of the series as a whole. When we started brewing Icon beers, we left open the possibility of some of them returning after their initial release. Since Amarillo Hefe turned out to be both a wonderfully refreshing summer beer and one of our most popular Icon beers, it'll be the first to make a return.
The recipe for this beer begins as a fairly traditional hefeweizen. As fermentation starts to putter out, a healthy dry hopping of Amarillo is added to complement the banana and clove flavors of the yeast. This balance gives an impression of added spice flavor, but no spice was added. Just malt, hops, yeast, and water.
You'll begin to see Icon Green - Amarillo Hefe within the next few days (if not already) in four packs of bottles and on tap at bars and restaurants around town.

Live Music Lineup Announced for
21st Anniversary Party at Saint Arnold
A couple of weeks ago, we announced the details for our upcoming 21st Anniversary Party at the brewery. Now we've got the music lineup all  set. On Saturday, June 6 we'll kick things off with a bash featuring live music from Wild Moccasins, Black Pistol Fire and Blue Healer.
In addition to live music, your Saturday admission will include a token for 20th Anniversary Ale, two tokens for beers from our regular lineup (including cask Amber Ale), a full dinner from Goode Company BBQ and a special souvenir 21st Anniversary glass.
The same weekend - on Sunday, June 7 - we're bringing back our Special Rare Cellar Tasting where we'll offer samplings of one of a kind selections and items we've pulled from our cellar.

Friday Happy Hour at the Ballpark
At every Friday evening Astros home game, we'll be hosting our Friday Happy Hour at the Ballpark. This means you'll be able to get in the game at 4:30 PM through the Union Station entrance and enjoy $5 Saint Arnold beers at our bar in left field.
This Friday, May 15, we'll have special guest Orbit all the way from the Grand Slam Galaxy. Our owner Brock and other members of the Brew Crew will also be out there to talk beer and baseball.

Pub Night Returns to Saint Arnold
Friday, May 15 - 5:00 - 10:00 PM
Pub Night makes its triumphant return to our tour hall this Friday evening, and we've got some special beers to welcome you back. We'll be offering our recently released Bishop's Barrel No. 9 (Bourbon Barrel Pumpkinator) on draft, as well as Divine Reserve No. 14, our Belgian Strong Golden Ale, in bottles. We'll also tap a cask of Elissa IPA. Because cask conditioned Elissa IPA is the bee's knees.
As always, our kitchen will be serving up some delicious food for the evening including Chopped Brisket Sandwiches, Poutine, Santo Queso and what Chef Ryan has dubbed The Hott Mess - it's chips, frites, queso, jalapeņos, chopped brisket, guacamole and sour cream.
On Pub Nights, we open our tour hall from 5:00 - 10:00 PM strictly as a bar and let you choose what you want to purchase. There's no entry fee for the evening, so you can just choose beers by the individual glass or bottle. Pub Nights are strictly 21 and up.

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy lunch on Memorial Day, we've got you covered. From 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM, we'll be serving a special Memorial Day buffet lunch, which will feature the following:

Baked Beans | Potato Salad | Broccoli Salad
Apple Cobbler
For $17.55 plus tax ($19 total), you'll get the buffet lunch and beer. We are now taking reservations online, and we expect this day to fill up quickly. After lunch, our normal public tour hours will resume.
